A: At Regal Minds Haven, we make billing straightforward. Upon enrollment, you will get a detailed invoice for selected tutoring services. We offer flexible monthly or session-based billing. Pay securely online with major credit cards or bank transfer. We have automatic payment options, and all transactions are encrypted. For any questions, our customer service team is ready to help.

A: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee starting from 50% of the session cost. For exceptional circumstances, contact our support team.
